By setting up your LMS/SIS shell or logging into an admin account, you agree to these operational guidelines. Please review these parameters to ensure smooth compliance with your local educational boards.
1. Agreement & Terms Scope
By deploying, licensing, or accessing the INSIGHT Academic Operations Platform (including Moodle course shells, SIS registers, and admissions lead dashboards), institutions agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms cover all role-based portals configured for students, instructors, registrars, and recruitment agents.
2. License & Custom Configurations
INSIGHT grants institutions a secure, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform ecosystem. Custom portal code, styling frameworks, database parameters, and private workflow integrations remain the proprietary intellectual property of INSIGHT. Schools are responsible for securing administrative login audits.
3. Educational Responsibility & Compliance Overrides
Schools, academies, and universities are responsible for validating grades, course map alignments, transcript prints, and compliance overrides. Any compliance modifications made within the system (e.g., student contract signatures, attendance log alterations, manual grading overrides) generate immutable audit trails that require administrative justification.
4. User Boundaries & FERPA Responsibilities
Institutions using our platform commit to managing student records ethically. While INSIGHT implements safety boundary filters, the school retains full legal status as the data custodian and must guarantee that its staff, agents, and teachers adhere to FERPA and local ministry guidelines.
